Order Cancellations

Standard Arrangements

Orders for standard bouquets and arrangements may be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • Cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery
  • The arrangement has not yet been created

Custom and Event Orders

Wedding and event florals have specific cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement:

  • Mixed arrangements generally maintain beauty for 5-7 days
  • Delicate flowers like tulips last 3-5 days
